Public propertyMinCount
Gets or sets the minimum participation level. The nature of this level is determined by the MinCountType property. The transition cannot be taken if its minimal participation hasn't been reached, this means that enough tasks (choosing this as outbound transition) must have been accomplished to consider taking this transition.
Public propertyMinCountImmediate
Gets or sets the minimum participation level. The nature of this level is determined by the MinCountImmediateType property. If enough tasks have been accomplished and are choosing this as outbound transition, the transition will be taken even if the state's minimum participation has not been reached yet.

Gets a value indicating whether a minimum participation has been set for an immediate trigger.
